to suit your school’s ICT requirements. Services can be structured to meet your
individual specifications.
Gold Service
Immediate telephone ICT support and site visit within eight hours.
Silver Service
Immediate telephone ICT support and three or six hour fixed weekly site visits.
Bronze Service
Immediate telephone ICT support and limited site visits per school term.
Holiday Service
Out of term ICT support.
Pay as you go
ICT support charged at an hourly rate.
