IES also offers insurance on all ICT related hardware such as projectors, laptops and interactive whiteboards. Pricing is per item and covers theft, accidental damage, fire and flood with no insurance excess. All insurance products are regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

IES offers extended warranties on all types of hardware and will replace or repair the faulty hardware with that of similar or superior specification on confirmation from one of our technicians that the item is faulty.

This does not include accidental or deliberate damage.
