We offer 3 hour allocation windows and will endeavour to provide the same technician to ensure continuity of service. Included within this SLA:

  • RM networks including Community Connect 3 (CC3).
  • Cash Accounts, Wauton Samuel, Phoenix and Integris. We offer free RM Integris updates as they are released.
  • Windows 2003 / 2000 / NT server networks with XP / 2000 / 98 clients.
  • Smart Board / Whiteboard and projector hardware and software support.
  • Printer / scanner and peripherals support.
  • Impartial advice and purchasing support.
