on-site technical support tailored to suit.
We offer 3 hour allocation windows and will endeavour to provide the
same technician to ensure continuity of service. Included within this
SLA:
- Anti virus updates and support.
- LGFL filtering and escalation of email/internet issues.
- RM networks including Community Connect 3 (CC3).
- Cash Accounts, Wauton Samuel, Phoenix and Integris. We offer free RM
Integris updates as they are released.
- Windows 2003 / 2000 / NT server networks with XP / 2000 / 98 clients.
- Smart Board / Whiteboard and projector hardware and software support.
- Printer / scanner and peripherals support.
- Impartial advice and purchasing support.
