ICT Educational Services (IES) offer a range of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to suit your school’s ICT requirements. Services can be structured to meet your individual specifications.

Telephone, remote and onsite supportImmediate telephone and remote ICT support (8.30am – 5.00pm) and site visit within four hours if urgently required. Three, six or nine hour fixed weekly site visits.
